Creamy Spicy Gochujang Ramen

Using Mike's Mighty Good kimchi ramen is key to this recipe. It adds the right balance of flavor, plus our organic noodles are the ideal texture: they're steamed instead of fried, so they retain that chewy texture you'd expect from fresh noodles.

Let's get into the recipe. Saute garlic, the white ends of the green onions, and gochujang, just until fragrant, then add your liquids. Water, milk, and the kimchi soup base join the pot and come to a boil.

Once it's all bubbly and boiling, add the ramen noodles. Place your favorite toppings over the noodles and bada bing bada boom, you have yourself a bowl of creamy spicy gochujang ramen!
