Creamy Spicy Miso Ramen
This easy and healthy instant ramen recipe is made with our ridiculously delicious savory miso ramen and is topped with eggs, mushrooms, green onions, furikake, and pepper and it's just insane.
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 soft boiled egg
- green onion chopped
- sliced cremini mushrooms
- red pepper flakes
Cook ramen noodles in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
In a pot, combine 3/4 cup water and 1/2 cup soy milk. Bring to a simmer and stir in gochujang, flavor packet, and oil.
Add oil to a pan on medium-high heat and saute mushrooms until tender.
Pour broth over noodles in a bowl. Garnish with green onion, mushrooms, egg, furikake, and red pepper flakes.
