Creamy Sesame Miso Ramen

Tahini adds creamy texture and nutty flavor to our incredible savory miso broth. Add some mushrooms, greens, and a soft boiled egg for a dreamy bowl of ramen magic!

Creamy Sesame Miso Ramen

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced white mushrooms
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1-2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • cilantro to taste
  • 1 stalk green onion chopped
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 2 tsp chili oil
  • fried garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a pan over medium heat, saute both types of mushrooms in soy sauce.
  2. Add 2 cups of water, oil packet, flavor packet, and minced garlic to a pot over medium-high heat. Stir in tahini and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add noodles to simmering broth. Once they are cooked through, turn off the heat and add spinach and cilantro to the pot. Once spinach is wilted, transfer ramen to a bowl.
  4. Assemble bowl: add green onion, mushrooms, soft boiled egg, chili oil, and fried garlic.
  5. Enjoy!
