Butter on ramen? Don't knock it til you try it. This is one of the easiest ramen recipes and is perfect for a late night snack or when you are craving something garlicky and buttery. 

We used our Mike's Mighty Good Pork Tonkotsu Ramen, but you can use any of our noodle cups for this combination. Paired with garlic you are in for a flavor explosion.

Ingredients

• Mike's Mighty Good Pork Tonkotsu Ramen

• 1-2 tbsp unsalted butter

• 2-3 garlic cloves

Directions

1. Cook ramen noodles and drain. Set aside. Melt butter on pan. Add garlic and saute until golden. Add half Mike's Mighty Good seasoning packet and cooked noodles. Cook until noodles are evenly coated with garlic butter.
