Ramen fried rice? This combination is a game changer.

Ingredients

• Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Beef Ramen

• 1/2 cup of diced spam

• 1/4 cup cut kimchi

• 1 cup of leftover rice

• 3 - 4 tbsp kimchi juice

• 3 tbsp soy sauce

• 2 tbsp sugar

• Green onions

• Pan fried egg

Directions

1. Crush uncooked ramen noodle. Medium high heat toast crushed ramen noodles. Add 1/2 ramen seasoning. Cook until noodles are golden brown. Set aside. Medium high heat, cook spam and kimchi. Add leftover rice, kimchi juice, soy sauce, sugar, 1/2 soup base and green onions. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add toasted ramen noodles to rice and mix. Serve with pan fried egg and extra green onions.
