Leftover Salmon Ramen Bowl

Got some leftover salmon in the fridge? Make this simple salmon ramen bowl that comes together in less than 10 minutes and only takes three steps.

Leftovers can be amazing, but eating the same dish multiple days in a row isn't always ideal. Repurpose leftover salmon using instant ramen noodles for a quick and easy meal made delicious with a flavorful sauce.

This salmon ramen bowl is creamy, spicy, nutty, and oh so satisfying.

Leftover Salmon Ramen Bowl

Start by cooking just the noodles in a pack of Mike's Mighty Good ramen. While the noodles are cooking, make a sauce with chili oil, sriracha, mayo, furikake, green onion, and toasted sesame seeds.

Add your leftover salmon into the sauce and mix to combine, breaking up the pieces of salmon, then add in your cooked noodles and mix again. If you'd like, garnish with more green onions and furikake (optional). Serve with sheets of toasted nori.

This recipe is so easy, and it's a great way to switch up your leftover salmon so you're not eating the same thing 3 days in a row.
