Specifically, our vegetarian miso ramen soup cup, though any flavor will do for this recipe.

Mentaiko Pasta is a creamy noodle dish that features roe. Instead of the more traditional spaghetti, we're using Mike's Mighty Good ramen noodles.

Ingredients

• 1 package MMG ramen

• 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

• 1/4 cups heavy cream

• 2-3 tbsp of mentaiko/cod roe

• Green onions

• Toasted sesame seeds

• Egg yolk*

Directions

1. Boil water, cook ramen and drain. Set aside

2. In a medium pan, cook garlic for 1 minute.

3. Add cream and mentaiko. Stir until fully incorporated.

4. Add half of MMG ramen soup base and seasoning oil. Stir.

5. Add ramen noodles and stir.

6. Top with green onions, sesame seeds and egg yolk (if safe to eat)*
