No-Cook Vegan Chili Black Bean Noodles

Vegan noodle recipe incoming! Have you tried making vegan chili black bean noodles with one of our vegan ramen flavors? This recipe is no-cook (besides making the ramen) and requires just a few ingredients, but OH MY GOSH is it fire! We made it using our Vegetarian Vegetable Ramen Noodle Soup Cup, but you can make it with any of our craft ramen flavors. This has been one of our most requested recipes on Tiktok and our Instagram and we're excited to finally share it with you! 

No-Cook Vegan Chili Black Bean Noodles

 

INGREDIENTS

1 Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Vegetable Ramen Cup

1 garlic clove

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp chinese vinegar

1 tsp white pepper

½ chili flakes

1 tbsp preserved black bean sauce

1 tbsp chili oil

Green onions

 

METHOD

Cook the ramen. Drain the ramen water from the cup or bowl and set the noodles aside. Add the remaining ingredients and mix into the noodles - that's it! If you prefer more seasonings, then add 1/2 of our Mike's Mighty Good seasoning packet mix to the rest of the ingredients - it's just divine!
