One Pot Miso Ramen
A quick & healthy recipe that's easy to clean up AND vegan/vegetarian friendly? It's not too good to be true! Using Mike's Mighty Good Miso Ramen, this dish comes together in under 15 minutes. Probably 10 if you have good knife skills.
1 pack MMG Miso Ramen
Any other dark leafy green of your choice
1/2 cup milk-or any milk alternative
1 cup water
1 tbsp miso paste
Add veggies into a pot with 1 cup of water and let boil.
Add ramen noodles, soup base, seasoning oil packet, miso and milk and stir.
Cook for another 3 minutes.
Top with chili oil.
