Orange Chicken Ramen

This sweet, savory, and citrusy dish combines bouncy ramen noodles with crispy orange chicken. Ramen? Already amazing. Orange chicken? Double amazing.

Orange Chicken Ramen

The Base: MMG Chicken Ramen

The foundation of this dish is Mike's Mighty Good Chicken Ramen – a premium noodle that boasts a perfect balance of texture and flavor. Cook the ramen noodles as directed on the packaging.

The Star: Orange Chicken Sauce

The magic happens with the creation of the orange chicken sauce, a concoction that brings together sweet, tangy, and savory notes. In a bowl, combine ½ cup of orange juice, 3 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of rice vinegar, minced garlic, 1 tsp of garlic powder, ½ tablespoon of MMG Chicken Soup Base, and the MMG Seasoning Oil. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce for an extra depth of umami.

The Crunch: Pre-made Battered Chicken Bites

For the perfect texture contrast, air fry pre-made battered chicken bites to golden perfection.

Bringing It All Together

Once the sauce has thickened to perfection over medium heat, introduce the air-fried chicken bites and the cooked ramen noodles into the mix. Gently fold the ingredients together until each strand of noodle is coated in the delectable sauce.

Finishing Touch: Sesame Seeds

To add a final touch, generously sprinkle sesame seeds over the Orange Chicken Ramen.
