Dumplings + ramen = PERFECTION! We love getting seafood ramen from our favorite ramen bars, so we decided to make these shrimp dumplings at home.
They pair perfectly with our fried garlic chicken ramen and some chili oil for a comforting homemade meal.
Making homemade dumplings is so rewarding. It's easier than you think, and they taste that much better with that bit of extra love.
Plus, Mike's Mighty Good noodles are made with a little extra love, too. We steam instead of fry our noodles, and they are made from scratch using all-natural ingredients.

In a large mixing bowl, add shrimp, pork, cabbage, 1 stalk green onion, ginger, sesame oil, mirin, salt & pepper. Mix together until well combined.
Add filling to the center of each wrapper. Using your finger or a brush, wet the edges of the wrappers with water, then fold them in half and join the bottom corners together. Repeat until you've used all the filling.
Over medium-high heat, add 1-2 tbsp of oil to coat the bottom. Pan fry dumplings about 2 minutes, then add enough water to fill the bottom of the pan. Cover with a lid and steam for a few minutes.
Remove dumplings from the pan and drizzle with chili oil if desired. Add as many dumplings as desired in step 5 and store the rest in the refrigerator!
Prepare fried garlic chicken ramen according to package instructions and transfer to a bowl. Add dumplings, remaining green onion, black sesame seeds, and more chili oil if desired.
