Start by cooking your Mike's Mighty Good Kimchi Ramen according to the instructions on the packaging. Make sure to omit the soup base for this recipe. Once your noodles are perfectly cooked, drain them and set them aside.

While your ramen noodles are cooking, let's prepare the delicious tofu crumble. Cut the firm tofu into small crumbles or cubes, whichever you prefer.

In a pan set over medium-high heat, add some chili oil. Once it's hot, add the tofu crumbles, oyster sauce, gochugaru, and chili oil. Stir everything together and cook until the tofu turns a beautiful golden brown.

Ingredients

• MMG Kimchi Ramen

• 4 tbsp chili oil crisp

• 2 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tsp sesame oil

• 1 tbsp hot sauce

• ½ tbsp sugar

Tofu

• ½ packet Firm tofu

• 3 tbsp oyster sauce

• 1 tsp gochugaru

• 2 tbsp chili oil

Directions

1. Cook MMG ramen noodles as directed on packaging - do not use soup base. Drain noodles when cooked and set aside.

2. In a pan, add oil on medium high heat add crumble tofu, oyster sauce, gochugaru and chili oil, cook until brown - set aside.

3. In a bowl add chili oil crisp, soy sauce, sesame oil, hot sauce, sugar, MMG seasoning oil, ½ MMG kimchi soup base. Mix and add cooked ramen noodles.

4. Top with crumble tofu and green onions.
