Weeknight dinner is served! Spicy chicken and oyster mushrooms sit atop our chicken ramen noodles and rich broth. Add a pop of fresh green onions and a drizzle of chili oil for the perfect bowl of spicy chicken goodness.
Start by cooking the MMG chicken ramen noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Be sure to reserve ¼ of the soup base for marinating the chicken later on.
Time to deal with that chicken! Cut it into thin slices because we want it to cook up quickly and evenly. In a bowl, mix together ¼ of the MMG chicken soup base, the salt, garlic powder, and a little pinch of pepper. This magical mixture is going to give your chicken some serious flavor.
Now, heat up a skillet or a frying pan on medium-high heat, throw in the seasoned chicken slices, and cook them up until they're golden and fully cooked. This should take about 5-7 minutes on each side.
Now, toss in those oyster mushrooms and sauté them until they turn a beautiful shade of brown. Surprisingly, you won't need any extra oil here because these mushrooms are gonna release their own moisture as they cook.
Let's put it all together! Grab a bowl and put those MMG ramen noodles in there. Next, lay down the cooked chicken slices, making sure they're comfy on those noodles. Sprinkle the sautéed oyster mushrooms on top, and don't forget to add some sliced green onions for that pop of color and freshness.
To add a little pizzazz to your ramen, drizzle a couple of tablespoons of chili oil over the chicken and mushrooms. This is where the party gets started, folks. It'll give your ramen a subtle heat that'll make your taste buds dance.

Spicy Mushroom Chicken Ramen
Weeknight dinner is served! Spicy chicken and oyster mushrooms sit atop our chicken ramen noodles and rich broth.
MMG Chicken Ramen
0.5 lb chicken breast
2 tbsp chili oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
Cook MMG ramen noodles as directed on packaging-save ¼ of the soup base to marinate the chicken.
Prep chicken breast and season with ¼ MMG chicken soup base, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
On medium high heat, cook chicken breast until fully cooked-set aside.
Give the pan a wipe with a paper towel and saute mushrooms until brown-no need for oil.
To assemble, add sliced chicken, mushrooms and green onions. Top chicken with chili oil.
