Vegan Crispy Tofu
This delicious ramen recipe has a kick of spice and is also vegan friendly. The deep fried tofu is marinated in a delicious sauce and can be made in an instant! Follow our recipe below & enjoy.
- 1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1 baby bok choy
- red chili flakes
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- black pepper
Drain tofu and dice 2 slices into small cubes, marinate in black pepper and soy sauce.
Sauté tofu in olive oil, cook evenly on medium heat until crispy for about 7-8 min.
Sauté shiitake mushrooms & baby bok choy in olive oil for 3-5 min on low-med heat.

Assemble bowl: crispy tofu, baby bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, red chili flakes.
