Start by chopping up your green onions, slicing and frying garlic until crispy, and making a soft-boiled egg.
Heat up a sauce pan to medium high heat. Cook steak with 1 tbsp of oil for 8 minutes and flip. Once your steak is cooked, let it rest and then slice it.
Cook ramen as instructed on the cup and add bok choy.
Transfer ramen to a bowl. Add egg and steak. Garnish with green onion and crispy garlic.
