Spicy Steak and Egg Ramen Bowl
We've got a few tricks up our sleeves to transform our spicy beef cup ramen into this gourmet bowl of restaurant quality craft ramen! Enjoy our instant ramen with a juicy, tender piece of ribeye steak and egg.
First, prep your toppings: fry garlic slices in a little oil until crispy, cook up a perfect ramen egg, and chop green onions.
Now it's time for the best part...searing the steak. Cook a ribeye steak for about 8 minutes or until just pink in the middle, then let rest and slice.
Prepare your cup of spicy beef ramen as instructed. Transfer to a bowl and add bok choy to cook for a minute or two in the hot broth. Then top with steak slices, egg, fried garlic, and green onions.
