Vegan Miso Ramen

The flavors are pretty mild to let the taste of the fresh veggies shine, but you will get a punch of umami from the ramen flavoring packet. First, cook your mushrooms and bok choy in sesame oil, then cook your tofu cubes until golden brown.

Prepare Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Miso Ramen Cup according to package instructions. Then, just top your ramen with the cooked vegetables and tofu, and garnish with a sprinkle of furikake.
