Vegan Shiitake Mushroom Ramen Bowl

As cozy as it is easy and delicious, this mushroom soy sauce ramen bowl is absolutely fantastic. The shiitake mushrooms add the most amazing earthy flavor.
1 Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Soy Sauce Ramen Cup
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp ginger, minced
4-5 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup tofu, cut into cubes
2 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 cup water
Saute garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant and add shiitake mushrooms, tofu and soy sauce. Add water, MMG ramen soup base and ramen noodles. Cook until ramen noodles are soft. Top with green onions.
