5 At-Home Ramen Recipes that Take 30 Minutes Or Less
Do you consider yourself a foodie? A “30-minute chef?” Digging through your refrigerator and pantry and pulling out a bunch of ingredients to play with is never-ending fun for a food lover. We absolutely love to play around in the kitchen and try out new recipes.
Let’s admit, some recipes are too time intensive to make from scratch every time. Making ramen from scratch at home can either take a long time or, if you rush it, have you feeling unsatisfied and wanting more flavor.
Mike’s Mighty Good craft ramen gives you a quick 6-minute solution to the restaurant quality ramen you’re craving at home. Spend your time making toppings for your ramen – we’ve got the incredible broth and noodles under control. With a Mike’s Mighty Good pillow pack, a pot, and some water – you’re just a few minutes away from super rich broth and perfectly chewy noodles that are made-from-scratch daily.
Here’s a few of our favorite ramen recipes that take 30 minutes or less and will have you feeling like a professional ramen chef in no time.
#1: Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Ramen
Bacon and shrimp… yeah, trying really hard to think of a better combo. This amazingly juicy, flavorful pairing is perfect on top of our spicy pork tonkotsu ramen with a soft boiled egg, jalapeño, green onion, and radish. Treat yourself to this decadent meal – make another bowl for a friend and you might become your friend group’s resident chef.
#2: Cashew Miso Ramen
Peanut butter in ramen is a definite favorite, but we switched things up and used a cashew butter with our savory miso ramen in this ramen recipe. Nutty flavor is complimented with super flavorful chicken, some veggies, and a soft boiled egg. This is an easy recipe that you can get super creative with! Use any nut butter you have and it’ll be sure to rock your world.
(Spoiler alert: we actually meant to make a peanut butter ramen with this, but all we had was cashew butter. Let’s just say our world was changed forever after we tasted it.)
#3: Chili Roasted Salmon Ramen
Savory, spicy, and sweet flavors work together to create some salmon ramen magic! Chili paste adds some heat to spice up our super flavorful savory miso ramen here and we’re in love. Can you tell we like seafood ramen? 😉 Seafood is so easy to make, but somehow makes us feel like a MasterChef every time… just us?
#4: Surf & Turf Ramen
A new take on the classic. We used Mike’s Mighty Good’s newest pillow pack ramen flavor for this and it was amazing! Our savory beef ramen has a savory, creamy broth that is just perfect for this surf and turf ramen. Juicy shrimp and tender sirloin steak make for a super tasty ramen topping. Add some of your favorite veggies and fried shallots and you’re on your way to a surf n turf paradise.
#5: Creamy Vegan Kimchi Ramen
Mike’s Mighty Good has options for our vegan and vegetarian friends, too! We did our take on Alexa Soto’s creamy vegan kimchi ramen and it was a comfort food dream. This recipe is more like 15 minutes – super quick, easy, and flavorful. Feel free to switch up the milk substitute to switch up the flavor of the broth – we love experimenting and encourage you to play with your food, here!
What are you waiting for? Break open a pack of Mike’s Mighty Good craft ramen, cook up some of these toppings, and add “craft ramen chef” to your resume 😉
