Creamy Salmon Pepper Lunch Ramen

You've gotta try this creamy salmon ramen, made Pepper Lunch style. Pepper Lunch is a popular Japanese restaurant chain famous for the unique way they serve your food. Instead of bringing prepared food to your table, the server brings out an electric hot plate, and you cook a combination of meat and fish, rice, and veggies like corn and onions.

For this recipe, we're combining salmon, corn, green onions, and a creamy garlic sauce to tie it all together.

Creamy Salmon Pepper Lunch Ramen

We're using a cup of Mike's Mighty Good vegetarian vegetable ramen for this recipe, but you can use any flavor you like. Start off by cooking just the ramen noodles, setting the flavor packet aside. Prepare your sauce by combining cream, sugar, grated garlic, salt, and lots of pepper.

Add cooked ramen noodles, salmon slices, corn, green onions, sauce, and half the seasoning packet to a pan. Cook for 5 minutes. Add a tablespoon of butter on top, letting it melt into the noodles, then top with extra green onions and freshly cracked black pepper before serving. Feel free to use whatever ramen toppings strike your fancy.
