You need this dumpling ramen soup in your life. We know dumplings are delicious on their own, but if you add them on top of your ramen, you're in for a real treat. For this recipe we used our Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Pork Tonkotsu.

To balance out the rich tonkotsu broth, add a few different vegetables and aromatics. We used premade dumplings in this recipe, but if you want to go the extra mile, this recipe teaches you how to make dumplings from scratch.

Dumplings and ramen - you need to try this combination.

Ingredients

• Mike's Mighty Good Pork Tonkatsu Ramen

• 2 - 3 garlic cloves

• 4 - 5 cremini mushrooms

• Carrots

• 1/4 white onion

• 2 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 1/2 cup water

• Dumplings

Directions

1. Cut onions, mushrooms, carrots and mince garlic. Set aside. In medium pot, saute garlic. Addmushrooms and onions. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add water, carrots and soy sauce. Let it boil. Adddumplings, MMG ramen noodle, soup base and seasoning oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes
