You need this dumpling ramen soup in your life. We know dumplings are delicious on their own, but if you add them on top of your ramen, you're in for a real treat. For this recipe we used our Mike's Mighty Good Spicy Pork Tonkotsu.
To balance out the rich tonkotsu broth, add a few different vegetables and aromatics. We used premade dumplings in this recipe, but if you want to go the extra mile, this recipe teaches you how to make dumplings from scratch.
Speaking of scratch...
Our Mission here at Mike’s Mighty Good is to craft delicious, very fresh noodles for the new generation of food aficionados. That’s why we make our noodles a little differently.
Our noodles are made in-house at our home base, California, every day. They're organic, steamed instead of fried, and made of all-natural ingredients.
