Korean Baked Chicken Wings

Craving Korean fried chicken wings but want to be a little healthier? This baked version is everything you're looking for. Enjoy these wings as an appetizer or go the extra mile and add some to our fried garlic chicken ramen!

Korean Baked Chicken Wings

To make the marinade, combine gochujang, brown sugar, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, garlic, onion, ginger, salt & pepper. Let wings sit in marinade for a minimum of 2 and up to 24 hours.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15 minutes. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
