Our coconut milk lemongrass ramen cup is sold out, but if you were able to get your hands on it, this recipe is perfect as it is. Otherwise, we recommend using our vegetarian vegetable ramen cup and adding a splash of coconut milk.
Start by prepping your ingredients: make a perfect ramen egg, chop green onions, and create the marinade for the chicken breast using
salt, pepper, cayenne, ginger, garlic, and honey.
Coat the chicken with marinade, then sear until cooked through and slice into strips. Cook baby spinach in a pan until wilted.
