We used shiitake mushrooms and porcini mushrooms in this bowl, but feel free to use whatever mushroom varieties you like. We also added a soft-boiled egg, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds to top off the bowl. Find more topping ideas here.

Mushroom Medley Ramen
Quality ramen you can make at home! This mushroom medley ramen creates an incredibly earthy & natural taste that is comforting anytime of the year. All you need for a good quality bowl of noodles is Mike's Mighty Good ramen along with your favorite toppings.
- 1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 cup porcini mushrooms
- 1 tbs butter
- 1/3 cup shallots, sliced
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 soft boiled egg
- 1/3 cup green onions, sliced
- white sesame seeds, garnish
Melt butter in pan on medium heat. Add minced garlic and shallots to pan, stirring consistently for 3 min.
Add soy sauce and shiitake mushrooms, sauté for 3-5 min.
Add porcini mushrooms, sauté for another 3 min.
Prepare Mike's Mighty Good Ramen according to instructions.
Assemble bowl: mushrooms, soft boiled egg, green onions, white sesame seeds.
