This recipe will satisfy ALL of your tastebuds. A little spice from the curry paste, a little sweetness from the coconut milk, and some fresh veggies and herbs accompany tasty shrimp.

Red Curry Shrimp Ramen

To infuse the shrimp with some extra flavor, we're cooking it in butter and garlic. Then, cook zucchini and shrimp in curry sauce made from red curry paste and coconut milk.

Prepare your Mike's Mighty Good vegetarian vegetable ramen and combine with curry, shrimp, and zucchini, topping with cilantro and jalapenos.
