Spicy Peanut Noodles
This 5-minute ramen recipe is made entirely in the ramen cup, so there's no cleanup necessary! It's savory, spicy and nutty, the perfect quick meal for when you have no time to cook.
Our ramen is packaged in paper from certified sustainably-managed forests, and we make our ramen in a facility powered by renewable energy through our solar installation, so you can feel good about tossing that disposable cup afterwards.
This recipe is really only 2 steps.
1: Cook your noodles in boiling water until soft, then drain the water.
2: Add chili flakes, sesame seeds, chili oil, garlic, peanut butter, seasoning oil and half of the soup base packet to the cup and mix until combined.
That's it! Now you have a tasty cup of spicy peanut noodles to enjoy.
We used our vegetarian soy sauce flavor for this recipe.
