Garlic Ghee Shrimp Ramen

You know when a recipe tells you to add garlic and you know you’re going to double it… well, we went ahead and did that for you with this recipe. Garlic flavored ghee (or regular ghee with added garlic) gives this ramen a smooth, buttery texture and all the garlicky flavor you could want.

Top the ramen noodle bowl with a soft-boiled egg, chopped green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for a tasty meal.

Garlic Ghee Shrimp Ramen

Start by separating the noodles from a packet of fried garlic chicken ramen and cook in boiling water. Add in the seasoning packet and garlic ghee to create a broth.

Cook shrimp in garlic ghee and prepare the rest of your ramen toppings. Assemble the bowl and enjoy!
