To make the sweet & sour sauce, mix ketchup, honey, red wine vinegar, and soy sauce. Cook cubes of chicken, then add bell pepper, green onion, ginger, and garlic to the pan. Once everything is done cooking, add the sauce and coat.

Sweet & Sour Chicken Ramen
Make your own sweet & sour sauce to add a burst of flavor to sauteed chicken and veggies! Add it all onto a bowl of fried garlic chicken ramen for a satisfying meal day or night.
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 chicken breast ( cubed )
- red bell pepper ( chopped )
- green onion ( chopped )
- sliced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- sesame seeds ( garnish )
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, honey, red wine vinegar, and soy sauce.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken breast to the pan and saute until slightly golden brown.
Add bell pepper, green onion, ginger, and garlic to the pan. Pour sauce in and saute everything together to coat with sauce.
Prepare fried garlic chicken ramen according to package instructions.
Assemble bowl: add bell pepper, chicken, green onion, and sesame seeds.
