Vegan Spicy Thai Peanut Ramen

Let's jump into the recipe. Start by cooking sliced mushrooms with black pepper and preparing a package of Mike's Mighty Good kimchi ramen.

Add red curry paste, coconut milk, and peanut butter to ramen, stirring until combined. This may take a few minutes.

Assemble bowl: ramen with broth, mushrooms, Thai chilis, cilantro, limes, peanuts, and black sesame seeds.
