Start by cooking your Mike's Mighty Good noodles separately, following the package instructions. For this recipe, our kimchi ramen will really hit the kimchi flavor home, or use our chicken ramen for a creamier flavor. Once they're cooked to al dente goodness, set them aside. We'll be back for those in a flash.

Heat up a pan with a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Toss in your minced garlic and the white ends of your green onions. Give them a whirl for about a minute until they're aromatic and ready to party.

Next, it's time to bring in the kimchi, sauteeing for another couple of minutes. Pour in that half-cup of cream and let the magic happen. But that's not all, folks! We're turning up the heat with a tablespoon of gochujang and a teaspoon of gochugaru. It's gonna get spicy in here, so hold on to your hats!

Don't forget to add those 2 tablespoons of kimchi juice; it's like the secret sauce that takes this ramen to the next level. Stir it all together until you've got a bubbling, creamy, and slightly fiery concoction going on.

Finally, toss the noodles in the sauce and add your toppings. And there you have it, a flavorful creamy kimchi ramen! Creamy kimchi ramen
