Begin by preparing the MMG spicy beef ramen noodles as directed, setting them aside. These noodles are the foundation of our creation. Heat up a pan gently and add the cubed sirloin steak. Allow the meat to cook for a short 30 seconds to a minute on each side. Once done, transfer the steak to a waiting plate and let rest.
In the same pan, introduce the cooked MMG ramen noodles. Combine the reserved ramen water, soy sauce, half of the MMG soup base packet, and the packet of MMG seasoning oil.
Add the steak back in with the noodles and fry an egg to top it off. Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and enjoy your steak and egg ramen stir fry!
