Start by cooking the ramen noodles and preparing the sauce. For the sauce, melt butter in a pan and saute mushrooms in it. Add cream and the ramen flavor packets to the mushrooms until sauce is thick.

Creamy Mushroom Ramen
Move over, cream of mushroom soup. Creamy mushroom ramen is an elite flavor combination.
1 pack MMG Soy sauce Ramen
4-6 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
Green onion, white ends and green tops chopped and separated
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ MMG soup base (mix with ¼ cup hot water)
1 tsp sugar
⅓ cup of cream
Cook MMG ramen noodles as directed at the back, drain noodles and set aside.
In a pan saute mushrooms (without oil), add garlic and white ends of green onions, cook for 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and MMG soup base with water, cook for 1 minute.
Add cream and noodles, turn heat to medium low, let it simmer.
Top with green onions.
