Tahini is creamy, nutty, and rich. It's the perfect pairing with our savory miso ramen noodles. Add tofu, a soft-boiled egg, mushrooms, green onions, and you have yourself a meal!
Gather your ingredients and let's start by making that ramen egg. While the egg is cooking, slice the tofu, green onions, and shiitake mushrooms. When the egg is done, place it in an ice bath, then peel and slice it in half.
Cook mushrooms and tofu slices in a little bit of tahini, and prepare a pack of Mike's Mighty Good savory miso ramen according to package. Assemble your bowl with ramen, tofu, green onions, egg, mushrooms, nori seaweed and black sesame seeds. Stir some tahini into the broth for an extra creamy sesame flavor boost.

Tahini Miso Ramen Bowl
Tahini is creamy, nutty, and rich. It's the perfect pairing with our savory miso ramen. Add tofu, a soft-boiled egg, mushrooms, green onions, and you have yourself a meal!
- 2 slices tofu
- 1 handful green onions
- 2 shiitake mushrooms ( sliced )
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp tahini ( to taste )
- nori seaweed
Bring a pot of water to boil, then reduce to medium heat to a simmer. Place egg in gently and time for 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
While waiting for the egg, slice the tofu, green onions, and shiitake mushrooms. Set aside.
Once the timer for the egg goes off, either place the egg in an ice bath or run it under cold water for 1 minute. Peel the egg and slice in half. Set aside.
Bring a skillet to medium high heat. Once heated, toss in shiitake mushrooms, tofu and 1 tsp of tahini.
Cook ramen according to package instructions. When ramen is ready, transfer to a bowl and top off with tofu, green onions, egg, mushrooms, nori seaweed and black sesame seeds. Optional: Add in 1 tbsp tahini to miso broth for added sesame flavoring and/or a little bit of your favorite hot sauce. Enjoy!
