Garlic Beef Ramen
This garlic beef ramen recipe is easy as can be—all you need is some ground beef, mushrooms, fresh green onions, and oh-so-amazing MMG ramen noodles. And let's not forget that homemade sauce that'll knock your socks off. So, buckle up and get ready for a taste explosion!
Once you've gathered your ingredients, follow the instructions on the MMG ramen package. Once they're done, drain them and set them aside. We used a cup of spicy beef ramen to enhance the savory beef flavor in this dish.
Grab a bowl and throw in 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp of gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes), 1 ½ tsp of honey, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Mix it all up until fully combined.
Time to crank up the heat! Grab a pan and toss in some minced garlic and chopped green onions. Let 'em sizzle and pop for about a minute. Now, add that ground beef and cook it until it's browned and cooked through.
Once the beef is good to go, toss in those mushrooms. Pour in half of the MMG soup base, MMG seasoning oil, the cooked organic noodles, and that amazing sauce you whipped up earlier. Give it all a good stir, making sure each noodle gets coated.
Sprinkle some chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds on top to make your bowl look like a work of art. The green freshness and nutty flavors will take this dish to a whole new level of yumminess.
