Kung Pao Shrimp Ramen

Skip the takeout and whip up this homemade kung pao shrimp recipe to top off our savory miso ramen! Nutty flavor, juicy shrimp, and a little heat make for the perfect bowl of ramen.

Kung Pao Shrimp Ramen

To make the tasty kung pao sauce, mix together hoisin sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and flour. Then cook shrimp with cashews and crushed red pepper. Set this aside while cooking carrots, bell pepper, and dried chilis.

Add shrimp and cashews back in and pour the sauce on top of everything. Prepare a pack of Savory Miso Ramen according to package instructions. Combine everything together and top with chopped green onion, cilantro, and furikake.
