Just like you'd normally start using rice paper, dip the sheet into a shallow bowl of water for 15-20 seconds until softened. Move onto a flat surface and roll from one side to the other. Cut the rice paper into 2-inch rolls and set aside.

Prepare your favorite flavor Mike's Mighty Good ramen according to package instructions. In the last couple minutes of cooking, add the rice paper rolls. Add whatever ramen toppings you want - we added a slice of American cheese and a sprinkle of furikake.

Ingredients

• MMG Ramen

• Rice Paper

• ⅔ cups of warm water

• Any other ramen toppings you’d like

Directions

1. Using a shallow plate, fill with warm water and dip rice paper in the plate. Let it sit for 15-20 seconds and gently remove from water - the rice paper should be soft.

2. Move onto a large flat surface and roll from one side to the other.

3. Using scissors, cut rice paper rolls into 2 inch rolls - should be 3 rolls per rice paper roll. Set aside.

4. Boil water and follow MMG Ramen packet instructions.

5. 2 minutes before the ramen is ready, add rice paper rolls into the ramen. Cook for 2-3 minutes - should be semi-transparent.

6. Add whatever ramen toppings you’d like and enjoy!
