Sriracha Glazed Shrimp

Let's prepare the sauce: combine white rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, and sriracha. Put shrimp in a pan on medium-high heat and then add the sauce, simmering to reduce to a glaze.

Prepare Mike's Mighty Good Kimchi Ramen according to package instructions. Assemble your bowl with ramen, chopped bell pepper and green onion, glazed shrimp, and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
