Tahini Kabocha Squash Ramen
Tahini sauce + roasted kabocha squash + miso ramen = flavor perfection. This recipe is super easy and absolutely delicious. The flavors of fall squash are elevated with a savory tahini sauce and miso flavor ramen. We're obsessed.

Start by roasting the squash with sesame oil until tender. To make the sauce, combine tahini, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and water. Coat the roasted squash in this sauce.
Prepare the savory miso ramen and then you're ready to assemble your bowl! You can choose whatever ramen toppings you like, but to give you an idea we used corn, green onions, sesame seeds, and the rest of the sauce.
