Tom Yum Ramen
Tom Yum is a hot and sour soup hailing from Thailand. It's fragrant and herbaceous, with bright flavors that really POP. Adding ramen into the mix turns this tasty soup into a punchy ramen bowl.
Thai food and ramen is the collaboration you didn't know you needed, but you'll be glad you tried.
There are a few key ingredients in this recipe. Tom yum paste: you can find this Thai flavor bomb in the international sections of most major grocery stores. If you're vegetarian, make sure there's no shrimp in it. Mike's Mighty Good Ramen: the best organic ramen that's ready in less than 10 minutes. And lastly, a perfect ramen egg: the classic topping on a bowl of ramen.
Once these key ingredients have been gathered, the recipe comes together in no time. The first step is to make the broth by boiling water and adding MMG vegetarian ramen soup base, tom yum paste, and peanut
butter.
Then all you need to do is cook the ramen noodles in the broth and top with egg, cilantro, green onions, and any other toppings. Shrimp would go super well with this Tom Yum ramen bowl.
