Creamy Seafood Ramen
This simple creamy seafood ramen bowl is such a treat. It's rich, it's luxurious, and it's only 6 ingredients.
To make these ramen noodles extra creamy and decadent, we're using 3 creamy ingredients: butter, milk, and American cheese. Adding butter to your ramen is one of the simplest ways to transform your bowl of noodles, and American cheese is one of the most underrated and unexpectedly delicious ramen toppings.

Start by cooking chopped onion in some butter. Once translucent, add milk (any unsweetened milk alternatives work too) and bring to a boil. Add a handful of shrimp or any other seafood you have, kimchi ramen soup base and noodles, cooking until the noodles are soft and the shrimp is fully cooked through.
Top with a slice of American cheese, toasted sesame seeds (optional), and whatever other toppings you'd like.
