  • 1 4 oz halibut filet
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage, garnish
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 tbs sour cream
  • 1 tsp red chlii paste
  • 1/4 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen Pillow Pack

  1. Season halibut filet with black pepper on both sides
  2. On medium-high heat, sear halibut filet with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil on one side, until it begins to turn opaque (approx. 3 min. on each side)
  3. Prepare Mike's Mighty Good Savory Miso Ramen according to instructions.
  4. Assemble bowl: Halibut filet, red cabbage, jalapeño, avocado, soft boiled egg, green onions, sour cream, lime, and chili paste.
  5. Enjoy!
