Can you handle the heat? You are definitely going to want to try with this delicious bowl of ramen. Make this ramen in an instant using our organic noodles and rich broth. Once you top it off with tofu marinated with a mixture of gojuchang and soy sauce for a fire combination!


  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 3 tablespoon Gojuchang
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 egg, soft boiled
  • radish
  • green onions
  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Veggie Ramen Cup

  1. Slice firm tofu in cubes and mix in with sesame oil, soy sauce and gojuchang.
  2. Slice shittake mushrooms and saute in a pan on medium heat and drizzle on some soy sauce.
  3. Boil 1 egg for 6 minutes (for a soft boiled egg).
  4. Prepare Mike's Mighty Good Ramen according to instructions.
  5. Assemble bowl: top ramen off with tofu, mushrooms, radish, green onion, 1 egg, crushed red pepper, and black sesame seeds.
  6. Enjoy!
