Inari Ramen Pockets

Perfect for hot weather, this sweet & savory snack is made with inari pockets filled with cold seasoned ramen noodles and topped with fresh green onions and sesame seeds.

If you've never tried inari, it's deep fried tofu pouches that have a sweet and salty flavor. They are commonly stuffed with sushi rice and served at sushi restaurants, but we're using ramen noodles instead!

Inari Ramen Pockets

To make the ramen filling, choose your favorite Mike's Mighty Good ramen flavor. Cook the noodles, drain, and rinse with cold water to cool them down. Add the seasoning packets and mix to coat the noodles.

Open the inari pockets and fill with ramen noodles. Top with whatever toppings you'd like; we used green onions and sesame seeds.

This is such a yummy snack or appetizer that's super easy and quick to make. For more easy ramen recipes, take a look at these 5 recipes that take 30 minutes or less.
