The Mexican-inspired flavors of this recipe bring so much brightness, flavor, and spice to our craft ramen.

One Pot Mexican Chicken Ramen

Season chicken and cook in a pot until browned and fully cooked inside. Add in tomato, ramen noodles, and flavor packet into the pot. Boil until noodles are cooked.

Transfer to a bowl and add boiled red cabbage, avocado, green & red chilis, cilantro, and red chili flakes.

We're using our classic chicken ramen cup for this recipe. It's super savory and creamy, acting as a delicious vehicle for the Mexican-inspired flavors of this bowl.
