Ingredients

• 1 Mike's Mighty Good Savory Beef Ramen Pillow Pack

• 1 lb ribeye steak

• 1 tbsp salt

• 1 tbsp lemon pepper

• 1 tbsp paprika

• 1/2 cup corn

• Green onion (chopped)

• 1 soft boiled egg

• sesame seeds (garnish)

• 1 tbsp butter

Directions

1. Mix together salt, lemon pepper and paprika. Generously season both sides of the steak.

2. In a pan over medium-high heat, melt butter with a little oil. Add steak to the pan and sear on both sides until medium - medium rare.

3. Prepare savory beef ramen according to package instructions. Transfer to a bowl.

4. Assemble bowl: add sliced steak, chopped green onion, soft boiled egg, and sesame seeds.
