Spicy Chicken Potstickers

These crispy little pockets are filled with chicken and mushroom, plus tons of aromatic spices. Best served with a hearty drizzle of chili oil and a bowl of ramen. 

Spicy Chicken Potstickers

To make the filling, mix ground chicken, diced mushrooms, ground ginger, paprika, and green onions in a bowl.

Stuff dumpling wrappers and fold in half, sealing the edges with water. Fry in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
