We can't think of anything better than eating homemade dumplings, unless you pair it with our instant organic ramen noodles!
The best part about making dumplings is that you can choose to put whatever filling you want and it goes great with just about anything. For an explosion of flavor, we decided to pair tofu-filled dumplings with yellow curry ramen.
To make the tofu dumplings, fill wonton wrappers with a mixture of finely chopped tofu, garlic, salt and pepper. Fold and boil until translucent.
Next, cook Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Ramen cup according to package, plus mixing in curry powder and coconut milk to create the yellow curry broth.
To finish off this beautiful bowl, assemble ramen and broth in a bowl with steamed bok choy, 3-4 dumplings, red chili slices, green onions, chili oil, and black sesame seeds. Sprinkle Togarashi on top and drizzle chili oil over the wontons for an extra pop of flavor.

Yellow Curry Vegan Dumpling Ramen
We can't think of anything better than eating homemade dumplings, unless you pair it with our instant organic ramen noodles! For an explosion of flavor, we decided to pair tofu filled dumplings with yellow curry ramen.
- 6 square wonton wrappers
- 1/4 cup extra firm tofu, finely chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- 4 tsp yellow curry powder
- 1 bok choy, steamed, sliced in half
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 2/3 cup coconut milk
- 4 red chili slices
- chili oil
- black of sesame seeds
In a small mixing bowl, combine finely chopped tofu, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place 1/2 tbsp of mixture in the middle of the wonton wrapper and fold one end to the opposite end to form a triangle. Seal the edges with a drop of water. Bring the bottom corners together, overlapping one on top of the other and seal them with a drop of water.
Bring water in a pot to boil and add wontons. Stir so that the wontons do not stick to the pot. Cook for 2 minutes or until wontons are translucent.
Cook Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Ramen cup according to instructions, mixing in curry powder and coconut milk.
Assemble bowl: steamed bok choy, 3-4 dumplings, add red chili slices, green onions, drizzle chili oil, sprinkle black sesame seeds. Sprinkle the Togarashi on top and drizzle the chili oil over the wontons.
