Yellow Curry Vegan Dumpling Ramen
We can't think of anything better than eating homemade dumplings, unless you pair it with our instant organic ramen noodles!
The best part about making dumplings is that you can choose to put whatever filling you want and it goes great with just about anything. For an explosion of flavor, we decided to pair tofu-filled dumplings with yellow curry ramen.
To make the tofu dumplings, fill wonton wrappers with a mixture of finely chopped tofu, garlic, salt and pepper. Fold and boil until translucent.
Next, cook Mike's Mighty Good Vegetarian Ramen cup according to package, plus mixing in curry powder and coconut milk to create the yellow curry broth.
To finish off this beautiful bowl, assemble ramen and broth in a bowl with steamed bok choy, 3-4 dumplings, red chili slices, green onions, chili oil, and black sesame seeds. Sprinkle Togarashi on top and drizzle chili oil over the wontons for an extra pop of flavor.
Mike’s Mighty Good noodles are steamed, not fried. By starting with the best noodles, you’ll get a perfect bowl of ramen.
