Tan Tan Ramen

Tan Tan noodles are a ramen dish featuring ground pork and a creamy, spicy broth made with peanut butter and chili oil.

Similar to our Dan Dan noodle recipe, this Chinese Sichuan dish is rich, savory, satisfying, with a touch of heat.

Tan Tan Ramen

Here's how to make Tan Tan ramen. Cook ground pork until browned, then add  soy sauce, peanut butter, water and milk. Bring to a boil before adding spicy pork tonkotsu ramen noodles and seasoning packets.

Cook until the noodles are soft to your liking. Top with chopped green onions and a generous drizzle of chili oil (here's how to make your own chili oil).
