Ginger Garlic Ramen


Get ready for this simple recipe packed with flavor. Extra garlic and zesty ginger perfectly complement our Fried Garlic Chicken ramen with earthy veggies and crispy tofu. Easy enough for a quick lunch and impressive enough for a nice dinner!


  • 1 Mike's Mighty Good Fried Garlic Chicken Ramen Pack
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 small shallot ( chopped )
  • 1 stalk green onion ( chopped )
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • baby bok choy
  • 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/4 block tofu ( drained and pressed )
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • fried shallots ( garnish )
  • red chili flakes ( garnish )

  1. In a pot over medium-high heat, heat 1 tbsp oil and sautee shallots until fragrant. Stir in garlic, ginger, and the white parts of the green onion.
  2. Add 1.5 cups of water to the pot and stir in flavor packet. Bring to a simmer and add noodles, baby bok choy and mushrooms. Simmer until noodles are cooked through. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. In a pan over high heat, add remaining oil. Add tofu and soy sauce to the pan and sautee until all sides are golden brown.
  4. Add tofu to the bowl with other ramen ingredients. Garnish with soft boiled egg, fried shallots, red chili flakes, and green onion.
  5. Enjoy!
