  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white miso
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs agave
  • chili pepper paste
  • 1/3 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbs black pepper
  • 3 broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup green onions
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds

  1. Bake sweet potato for 15 min in oven, 415 degree temp.
  2. Mix together white miso, soy sauce, agave, and chili paste for glaze until completely smooth
  3. Slice sweet potato and add to non stick skillet with olive oil. Mix in miso glaze over low heat.
  4. Sauté shiitake mushrooms in olive oil and black pepper
  5. Steam broccoli
  6. Prepare Mikes Mighty Good savory Miso Ramen according to instructions
  7. Assemble bowl; sweet potatoes, broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, soft-boiled egg.
  8. Enjoy!
