Comfort Ramen - Spam & Eggs

This comforting ramen bowl is inspired by the classic combination of spam and eggs, which is a popular breakfast dish in many parts of the world. The spam adds a salty and slightly sweet flavor, while the fried egg adds richness and creaminess to the dish.

Mike's Mighty Good Ramen uses high-quality ingredients and is free from artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives. The noodles are made with organic wheat flour and are steamed rather than fried.

Comfort Ramen - Spam & Eggs

First, cook your ramen noodles, setting aside the flavor packet. We used kimchi ramen, but you can use whatever flavor you prefer. Cut up spam into slices and chop green onions to use as a topping later. Fry up your slices of spam to get them nice and brown on the outside, then fry an egg in the same pan.

When the noodles are softened to your liking, add your soup base and seasoning oil. Top with fried spam and egg, then garnish with fresh green onions.
